My training is rooted in classical pilates but leaves room for modern innovation. My background is in contemporary dance and I have spent most of my life being sporty-ish—training, dancing, teaching, playing. I like to help clients create healthy movement foundations and doable habits. I’m somewhat laid back in my approach to training people- like a chill coach- but I am also very big on consistency and accountability and I try to make our time both fun & effective.

I work primarily with musicians, creatives and professionals. I’m a kind, calm, empathetic and tough trainer. My approach may seem relaxed but I am serious about my work and my clients and their progress and their goals. It’s the best thing to see them find confidence and strength through consistent practice and dedication to training. I love my job!

I’m a certified pilates instructor (BASI Comprehensive with Dance Specialization) and studio-owner, shop-runner, former dancer, former retail girlie, former right hand man. I am fortunate to have worked with and learned from some of the best to do it in both pilates & dance.
